does anyone know if it is possible to set the name of the screenshots so that the numbers continues and doesn't drop back to 1 when you delete 1?
 
Thats a great question, however I know it couldn't be done from something like a finder preference window. You'd probably need to go deep into the bowls of OS X 😱
