    Hi Everyone,

I work from home two days a week and work my ass off for my boss! However, she seems to think I do nothing, mostly because she doesn't understand how many times you replan a financial model before you get it right and how long this takes!

Anyway, I thought if I was able to take a screenshot of my screen every 5 seconds and a shot of myself (through my webcam on my MacBook Pro), then put it into a video, she would be able to see exactly what i do and it would stop her complaining!

If anyone could give me any advice on this (please no comments about getting a new job - I already know I should!) then I would be really grateful.

    Thank you!

    QuickTime Player

Click on "QuickTime Player" icon , click on "File", click on "New Screen Recording", a window is pop up, click on the red button to Start Recording whatever is being shown on the screen and whatever sound comes from the computer and from you.

After few minutes look for "Stop Recording" button at the top of the whole screen. Save in file.

It should be noted that this only works with QuickTime X on Snow Leopard.
