Screenshot with Cursor

Kindly recommend any good screenshot taking application that can capture cursor as well on MacOS. It would be a plus point if same application allows highlighting right after taking screenshot. Thanks.

Thanks. you mean Command + Shift + ( 3, 4)? this doesn't capture cursor. If it does, please let me know. Thanks again.

You have to open the Screenshot.app in /Applications/Utility and change the options.

While the Screenshot.app will work most of the time, it's cumbersome and doesn't always work. For instance, I tried to take a screenshot of the Screenshot app itself where I had my cursor hovering over the option to capture the cursor... you simply can't do it.

For those few times when a simple full screen, window or selection capture isn't enough, I use MonoSnap. It's free and offers quite a lot in the way of features.
