EDIT: Alerts, not Alarms... i.e. voicemail, SMS, and IM's with the new Push feature.

For Push alerts the developer specifies which sound they want (if any), that was covered in the presentation with the ESPN app.

MMS pictures are usually very small, on my old phone to send an MMS picture I had to change the camera res down to something like ~160x120 to allow the phone to send it in an MMS.

I wouldn't be posting those, they are protected under a confidentiality agreement, and apple could go after both you and macrumors.

my cousin works for apple and he told me its only for legal reasons,
they have no intention of going after people for posting screenshots...

That is very very low. SwirlyMMS supports up to 800x600 iirc and my old Sony Ericsson had a limit of about 100kb.

There's an arrow next to the pic that, I would think, would then show the pic full-screen. I don't have 3.0 installed yet or I'd check and let you know for sure.
