We’ve got screentime set up on my daughters devices (iPad OS 18.6.2, iPhone OS 18.6.2) but the devious lady has previously managed to get around some settings by changing the time zone.
I’ve now figured out how to stop this in Screentime by turning off allowing changes in Location Services. However, this has only worked on the iPhone. On the iPhone the option to change the time zone is now greyed out but on the iPad I am still able to change it.
The devices are set to mirror each other so should be the same in terms of settings, apps etc but this difference persists.
I’ve turned screentime off and on and numerous restarts but the issue remains.
Does anyone know why the option would continue to be available on the iPad despite Screentime supposedly restricting it?
