I thank you much for your time, effort and response...It say's they are for "HDD Tray Cable". I do not know if these are the correct ones. The one that I lost seems to be the smallest screw inside the Macbook pro. There are only two and they hold down the cable. The ones for the tray I believe are a bit larger....Thanks again

Considering some of the prices seen here, I'd just set the drive bracket in place, and perhaps put a piece of tape on it, then carefully re-install the back cover.
Perhaps a small piece of cardboard or foam to "put a little pressure" against the drive so it wouldn't move once the back panel is on... 😉
