Screwy Clock

LOL, in all my years on macs I've never got this error. When I restart my clock is all screwy. After I manually change the time it will be off on the next startup. Anyone know why?

Do you have "Set date & time automatically" selected?

Are you by chance running boot camp and then booting back into OS X? Everytime I do that, my clock gets screwed up too.
