Updated my Ipad 11” pro a1934 with Apple pencil 2 to ios 14. Scribble not working. I do not have the feature under settings/Apple pencil. Suggestions?

On Apple Watch I have to switch input language for it to appear, since Scribble is not supported in my native language.

Thank you my friend, I toggled to english and there it was. Toggled back to my native language and it still appears.
