Hello

After installing Lion all the window scroll bars are the graphite colour, can I change them back to blue, found what I deem to be the setting and it is set to blue but bars are graphite.

doesn't look like it, been trying to find a way, can't find any preference for it

LOL, graphite being the colour (grey) not the style.

You will never be able to change the color because the OS auto-adjusts the color based on the background. Go visit a black website, your scrollbar will be white.

Nope, the scroll bar is grey no matter what the website colour, I think there should be a preference to change the colour.

Funny that...I'd swear that this was white(ish).
