So I've had my Mac for a few months now. It came fitted with the wireless mouse and keyboard. When I open a browser be it a web browser or a window in finder or any other app and it has the option to scroll down, then the computer will do so. It just seems like the scroll down option is always on. At first i thought it had to do with the mouse, so I plugged in a diff mouse and that didn't work. Also tried changing the keyboard and that didnt work. I also tried deleting the cookies and history from both safari and firefox and that didn't work neither. Any help?

So I left the comp off for the night and it seemed to work and stop the scrolling down had stopped but after a few minutes of using the comp it started up again. For some reason I think it's the mouse and keyboard.

It's not that I don't wanna scroll down. The computer does this on it's own. Any window that is scrollable the computer will scroll down on it's own. I've tried changing both mouse and keyboard and it still happens, although if I press down the ctrl key it will zoom out in any window that is open. So what is a shortcut for zoom out with the ctrl key???

The scrolling down problem is pretty troublesome to the point that I can't even use the comp. I can't browse the web since it is nearly impossible to click on a link and if I click on one the comp reads it as a click and drag.

Apparently it has to do with the mouses' ability to scroll down. Yet be it connected or not if the cursor is on a window big enough to scroll, it will scroll down.
