Scroll problems in Chrome .. Any one else experience this?

Im experience problems when im scrolling down pages with my trackpad in Chrome.. it often attend to jump back (towards the top). Very annoying.

It only happens in Chrome (not Safari).

Could this be because of plugins installed, or maybe newest version of Maveric not compatible with Chrome? Any other ideas?

No issue here with 10.9.3, Chrome, and the Trackpad - could be an add-on

Any suggestions what plugins causes this mess? Adblockers or others?

I'm using Adblock Plus....so that's not it.
