I don't know if everyone knows this already, but if you click a link in safari with the Scroll Wheel Clicker, it will open the link in a new tab! I thought it was pretty cool. I wonder if all mice with 3 buttons are configured this way by default? If any of you have a multi-button mouse beside the scroll wheel clicker and right-left click, do one of the buttons open a link in a new tab?

Yes, I've been doing this on my PC since Mozilla 1.0, its not new news.

On my iBook however since I don't have a three-button mouse hooked up all the time, I use Cocoa Gestures (do a search on Versiontracker for them) and its in some ways superior to using just the keyboard, it also helps if you have a three button mouse (which I've also configured for it).

Once you've started browsing with Cocoa Gestures, you never go back.
