Scrolling not working

My scrolling for my account isnt working, but it is for the other accounts i have on my Mac..i have the scrolling on in my system preferences soo...what's going on?

Same problem. All gestures work except scrolling on my MacBook Pro.

yeah right after i installed OSX Lion i couldnt scroll but the other accounts could..i didnt have scrolling on when i installed it too
