Scrolling To Top With Tabs?

When your on a forum and wanted to get to the top of the page quickly you used to touch an area at the top of the page now with tabs I can't see how to quickly scroll to the top of a page?

Anyone?

I just touch the top of the screen where the black bar where the clock is and it takes me to the top of the page.
