SD card able to be written on Mac but not pc

As the title states I had an sd card that I removed the read only permissions on Mac but it still says it is read only on pc. Is there any reason why this would be?

What's the format of the SD card? Probably should be FAT32 or exFAT.

The default format for SD card is exFAT in most cases. Please format the SD to MS-DOS FAT or exFAT using Disk Utility app. This should work.
