SD Card not read after updated to Mountain Lion

Dears,

i've a real problem with my SD card and Mountain lion. since i've updated to the new OS and my memory card is hardly read! .. before updating, it was just enough to insert the memory card to be discoverable automatic on my Desktop and Finder...

Now, it's not seen at all neither on my Desktop nor Finder ! 🙁

i've changed the card to another new one, but same problem! .. i've plugged it to a windows machine and it was read perfectly !! 😱

Any help on that! .. why i'm facing those troubles since the update? how can i solve that 😕

Yes it's shown

try unchecking then re-checking those options...
also, does it show up in "disk utility" (in the utilities folder)...?

Unfortunately, unchecking and rechecking those options didn't help.
and the SD doesn't appear under the disk utility .. !

it's really driving me crazy why i can see it mounted at all !!
