SD Card's permissions?

I got a problem here:

I wanted to add something to my SD Card, but I encountered a problem:

It looks like the only way out is to reformat the card, but I want to keep everything.

How do I do this?
 
You should be able to write to that...Macs can do FAT with no problem. Did you make sure that the physical lock switch on the card isn't set?
