I just purchased a new 64gb iPod touch device. Had an iPhone prior and don't recall having these issues... For some reason when I try to sync HD TV Shows purchsed from the itunes store, I get an error message indicating that the format is not compatible with ipod device. It was my understanding that HD TV shows are automatically linked to their SD version for easy iPod integration, so that 2 titles of the same show are not displayed in the library (which gets kind of messy).
I've managed a way around this by manualy draging the SD version of my TV shows (which are automatically downloaded with all HD purchases) into my libarary. Now there are two titles of each TV show displaying in my library which is kind of anyoying, even though the HD versions have the little "HD-SD" symbol next to it.
Shoudn't the SD-HD versions sync with iPod devices?
