sd question

Ok just purchased my first MacBook Pro and would like to know what can be done with the sd slot ? What cards will work in it and not? The pro duo and compact flash cards I currently have look like they will not fit in the slot correctly.

It's an SD card slot... perhaps you are thinking of a 6-in-one or somesuch other multi-card reader? It's not -- just SD cards.

Well, to be fair... there's a lot of "different" SD cards, some of which needs adapters, and then there's the old, related MMC cards that can also be used. So SD isn't just SD... 😉

Compact Flash, on the other hand, or those nasty ones from Sony and Olympus will not work...at all...
