SDK: Will all apps look the same?

I was wondering whilst watching the March 6th Event again, if all apps will look the same in the menus.
Obviously, the UI will be the same, but will there be the possibility of customizing at least the look of the UI, to suit a particular application?
Can the colours be changed, can the fonts, sliders and buttons be a different graphic for example?

Pretty much everything in the application can be changed. That does not include the home screen and other applications that already run on the iPhone. So essentially, it's up to the developer to design their user interface with custom colors, images, fonts, etc.
