As it says it used to run ok direct from terminal but I tried altering the filter as I wanted scanlines and it crashed and now won't restart - If I double click it now I get this error message -

I have tried reinstalling but it does the same so I presume it is holding some preferences from previously ? Any ideas and be gentle with me as all I want to do is carry on playing my all time fave game Tie-die Robotron Rom
Weird - Just moved the entire contents of that SDL folder to my home folder and started using ./mame64 and it works but if I then try to open it by double clicking it still fails in Terminal ......
