Seagate v WD Scorpio - 13" MBP

I'm looking to upgrade the HD on the lowend 13" MBP to 250GB @ 5400rpm...

Are there any major differences between Seagate and WD because they both sell them, but Seagate is cheaper. Why?

Also, since I'll be using it for a while, is it better to take SATA I or II into consideration? 😕

everything that i've seen says the Scorpio is the best 5400 RPM drive on the market..
