Search bar missed in settings

I've never seen a search bar there I don't even know how you had it to begin with.

There has never been a search bar in settings. What you posted is likely a mockup it what it would look like.
Where/how did you find this search bar before? Don't ever recall seeing one there or even really reading/hearing about one.
