Search box displays on Apple TV Remote app

I've been experiencing this issue with the last two tvOS 12 betas (betas 4 and 5) where a search box displays whenever I launch the Apple TV Remote app.

It happens on my iPhone and iPad, both running iOS 12 beta.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Yep. Happens to me as well.

This is still happening to me with the tvOS and iOS GMs. It’s driving me crazy. I reset the Apple TV, and that did not resolve it.
