Search Box in Settings Broken

Upgraded to iOS 12, now no matter what I search for in Settings, NOTHING pops up.

Anyone notice this and found a fix?

Working normally on 8+ and iPP.

Seems to happen with an iOS upgrade and transfer to a new phone, only solution I found was to reset all settings, but I'm looking around to see if that can be avoided.

Yes! I tried this and it worked for me!

It was broken on my Xs Max, I tried swapping languages and that didn't work. Updating to the 12.1 beta actually fixed it.
