Search by Phone Number?

Someone has been calling my cell lately, and I've tracked it down to the same town, two different numbers. I want to know who it is though. My friend called them back but they wouldn't say who it was, anyone know of a free way to search for people by phone number? All I need is last name really.

Find your (phone companies) phone book and there is probably a website to find advertisers, like superpages.com is common in my area.
Look for a reverse look up feature - type i the number and if it is listed the site will search the phone book for you!

I tried that, they're all pretty much like "We found information! Now pay us $14.95 and we'll tell you"
