I'm not using the App Store until it is reverted or fixed so that it is simple to use.

This new App Store is simply unusable.

I much prefer the new search. The addition of the screen shot is a huge help.

People seem to be lamenting how much "harder" it is to scroll though a large number of search results. Who was scrolling through more than the top 25 results?

So far I prefer it. Large screenshots that you can zoom in on, great.

I must confess I haven't used it in-depth, but did a couple of searches and couldn't see what the problem was.

The main screen looks a little cluttered but aside from that, not bad.

Me, regularly. Not everyone uses search just to get to a specific app. I'll search something like "Twitter" (as an example) and browse through a bunch of Twitter apps to see if there are any worth installing. It's a real PITA to scroll through now.
