Resolved Searching for a Folder icon-set

Trying to locate a set of Folder icons I once used,
I have this one example, and for some reason I feel they might have been called "Refresh Blue".
Spent most of the day looking and searching in vain so...
Any help with this would put me in your debt.

This is the end result of my search, a sort of retro High Sierra.
