[Searching] Mind mapping software

Hello everyone!

I used MindNode Lite till now but the software is quite buggy in Mac OS HS now so I'm looking for an alternative. I know there is a new version from the same developers available but 32,99€ is a bit on the expensive side for something I don't use that often.

Does anyone have any good recommendations ?

If you don't rely on iOS sync features and don't mind installing java, you could try those:
http://freemind.sourceforge.net
https://www.freeplane.org

Then there is the free version of http://www.xmind.net
You don't need to register, just download the latest update and run it. Exporting to Freemind is pretty straightforward, if you intend to get a "pro" file format of your Mindmap.

Still on Sierra and can't tell you if all are working on HS.

I like iThoughts for iOS and MacOS. It has a nice interface and a lot of functionality.

I'm a big fan of SimpleMind. It is cross platform and supports cloud services. I use it on Android, Windows, iOS, and macOS.
