Seattle StayCation after meeting - what to do?

Pike's Place Farmer's Market, Ivar's for alder-smoked salmon (kinda touristy, locals may have a better recc) and I was going to suggest a Boeing Aircraft Museum but I can't find it; don't know if it was moved or I'm thinking of a different city.
If you're into photography I highly recommend Olympic National Park, but it's a pain in the butt to drive to (my last trip I drove straight to ONP and skipped Seattle proper altogether). Jealous!

Had a great trip to Seattle a very long time ago... (Really liked the rest of Washington state as well.) We went whale watching which I still remember.
It's been a while since I have been to Seattle, but I do remember going to the Fremont Troll (looking it up it is North 36th St) cool to take a photo with under a bridge. There is also the Space Needle which is always a good view, although I can see prices for that being insane now. I think Ballard Locks would be cool also to see the salmon going upstream (if it is still the season for that). It was previously mentioned already but Pikes Place, and although it is usually very crowded if you or someone really cares about Starbucks you can get something from the original there.

I'd say go see a Mariner's postseason game but....😐
There's the space needle, Ivars, the Boeing museum, a Seahawks game. There's also a ton of hiking in the Hoh rainforest. If you have time, LaConner is a great little town to visit. Leavenworth (east of Seattle) is also very cool to see.
I've done the underground tour of when Seattle burned down in the early 1900's and it was just OK (IMO) but it's something to do.
Coffee shops on every corner and if you're really out of ideas, you could also enjoy some local "cuisine" and chilllllll out lol

There are a number of breweries (micro or macro) and brewpubs in the area, so you could pick a few per day and make it a BrewCation. The only name I remember is the Redhook brewery, which was the first stop for the day. There was also a ferry ride and feeding leftover fries to gulls, but those came later. I wasn't driving.
What are your interests? City life, museums, nature, hiking, dinning, coffee, beer, wine, whiskey? Hard to recommend without more information.
Whale watching on Puget Sound Express out of Edmonds is usually a good bet to see some Orcas that time of year. The Minke’s, Gray’s and Humpbacks have mostly moved out of Puget Sound. If you like Espresso, get a Ristretto at Espresso Vivace and there are lots of other coffee options.
If you want to sample some Washington Wines, go to Woodinville where there are well over 100 tasting rooms and many more wineries. I’m sure there are a few breweries and distilleries in the area as well.
Seattle Center and Pike Place Market are a good bet for visitors as is a ride on a Ferry to one or more of many interesting destinations including the San Juan Islands.
Keep in mind Seattle is north of much of the US and days get shorter fast in October. Sunrise October 31st is 7:53 AM and Sunset is 5:52 PM. DST doesn’t end until November 3rd. Expect temperatures in the 50’s F, cloudy weather and periods of light rain. You might get lucky with good weather

If you take the 520 bridge over Lake Washington to Woodinville it is 18 miles and depending on construction and traffic it is about a 30 to 40 minute drive. The south end of Seattle has a few wine tasting rooms as well. There is a group just South of T-Mobile Park and Spokane Street off 1st Ave. along with a distillery and breweries I believe and a list of others I have never sampled.

Most of the wine clubs I belong to are in Woodinville. Spend a night at Willows Lodge and walk to more than you can sample along with some nice restaurants. (Barking Frog, Heritage, Purple Cafe, The Herbfarm if you can get in, even the Hollywood Tavern. The Walla Walla Steak House is in a recent expansion area of Woodinville.)

Live in The Eastside (on the other side of Lake Washington), I rarely visit Seattle. However I heard they have a makeover of the waterfront area by the Seattle Aquarium as well as the expansion of the light rail system. The University of Washington main campus is also nice to walk around. While the ferry system may not be great, I love to stop by some islands.
The Ferry? Do any of them leave from downtown area of Seattle? The San Juan islands look pretty good.

There is a terminal in Seattle but it doesn't have a route to the San Juan Islands, it has Ferries to Bainbridge Island and Bremerton. The main Ferry Terminal with service to the San Juan's is in Anacortes.
