Second display always on?

I have a second monitor hooked up to my Alum iMac. On the second monitor, I have my security cams on. Is there a way to keep the second screen on while the iMac has the screen saver on or when the main display is off? I'm not worried about screen burn as the security system is constantly switching between all of the cams? Please bear with me if this is a simple and basic question as I am new to the "world of Jobs." I searched all over the system pref. as well as this forum
