Hey guys,
I am in the recording industry, and I am trying to find a way to add a second external display to my Powerbook, because I primarialy work with software such as ProTools and Final Cut. Here are my graphics specs:
ATI Mobility Radeon 9700:
Chipset Model: ATY,RV360M11
Type: Display
Bus: AGP
VRAM (Total): 128 MB
Vendor: ATI (0x1002)
Device ID: 0x4e50
Revision ID: 0x0000
ROM Revision: 113-xxxxx-160
Displays:
Color LCD:
Display Type: LCD
Resolution: 1440 x 900
Depth: 32-bit Color
Built-In: Yes
Core Image: Supported
Main Display: Yes
Mirror: Off
Online: Yes
Quartz Extreme: Supported
I have tried to find some options for DVI splitting but have had no luck. Has anyone been able to do this? Also, are there options for upgrading my graphics card in my powerbook? Any other ideas out there?
Thanks for all the help!
Greg
