Second hand searches!?

I've been reading this forum for a long time, and only recently I have begun to search for a mac of my own.
At the minute I am using a Dell studio laptop with OS X installed (Yes I know about the legal issues, don't bother!)
So recently I have been trawling eBay and other online sites to find the best deal.
I have found second hand Macbooks for about £400(GBP)(about $650USD) and was wondering if any of you (Forum users) had a used, broken, damaged or just old Macbooks or Macbook Pros that you would consider selling to me.
For reference I live in the UK in the North so UK residents would be much preffered for postage and power adaptor ease.
