Second macOS Tahoe 26.3 Beta Now Available for Developers

I upgraded my wife’s computer to Tahoe from Sierra and her email program last one of its accounts. I tried to reinstall it, but it kept locking up so I called Apple tech-support. After a half an hour of troubleshooting with the tech support person he told me that Tahoe only supports one iCloud address for mail so I couldn’t use both her iCloud accounts for mail. I had to restore the computer and put it back to Tahoe. That was fun.

Currently have 7 different iCloud email addresses working in Tahoe. They've all always worked the whole time.

I can't actually install the beta as my Mac is "managed" (JAMF. Sorry, that should have come with a trigger warning) by work -- but can anyone tell me: does this version finally fix the issue with USB-C external displays randomly cutting out for a few seconds? Or the one where at random times opening a dialogue box / menu / drop down causes an entire app to crash?
Both reported through Feedback Assistant (the first widely reported online, the second less so/burried in all the "Tahoe app crashes" things) and I was hoping that 26.2 would fix it, but not such luck. The screen cut-out thing is shredding away what little remains of my sanity.
