I have a feature phone as a backup. Mine is a Nokia 301, but the new 3310 or something similar could be a good choice. The charge will last for a couple of weeks to a month on standby and they are fairly cheap.

Unless you need internet capability on your backup I’d say that’s the way to go.

Better to buy unlocked sim free phone and if phone dies or whatever can just put my Att SIM card in and turn on to activate or buy unlocked but with Att sim in already?
Then I would activate how, I currently buy straight from Apple and say Att and they setup so good to go when I turn old one off and new one on...I see I can buy unlocked sim free as well, which is better option to buy I’d just letting sit till needed....unlocked sim free one?

So can you guys refresh me on the world of SIM cards now and the new dual sim setup...have not had to mess with sims for so long that I’m brain dead on them
