Secondary Mouse Button for Application Windows?

I would like to use the Magic Mouse to get to the Application Windows fast. I have Secondary Mouse Button selected but don't know how do you do it on the MM?

I don't know. Maybe a three finger click or three finger swipe up or down perhaps?
