I'm making a typography video in After Effects and the words on screen have to sync with the audio. I went into Audacity and noted down the timings of the words in seconds e.g. '0.26 seconds ' and then stupid me realised that the timeline in After Effects is in 'Frames'. I know I could work out the FPS, but is there a way to see the timeline in seconds etc... ?

Also, I realise it gives you seconds in the timeline, but only 1 second and 29 frames - 2 seconds and 13 frames etc.
