got my fe sector 5 on saturday and installed it last night. on the way to work i was noticing that i was dropped to 3g where i used to have lte. from this thread it doesn't seem like that has been a problem for most people here with the case. unfortunately that's a deal breaker for me. sucks cuz i really like the case. and element's customer support has been great. i've already emailed them for return procedures.

p.s. i noticed too that there seems to be a little more space between the case and my phone on the volume button side. it's made it difficult to reach the vibrate switch and volume buttons. anyone else notice the same problem?

Managed to contact over the phone customer service from Element Case and was told the same as mentioned here already: December 6 orders are being process in the order they were received and are expected to be shipped out during the week. :(

Finally Shipped! 11/22 order date, Dec 3 ship date.
 
I got a ship date of 12/13 but with all these delays I don't doubt I will prob be getting it after Christmas so annoyed I just want my case!

Agreed. My black ops was in December 6 batch. It best be shipping before the December 13 batch this Thursday.
 
My black ops barely missed the 6th batch and now it's the 13th. This is crap! If they can't make their deadlines then stop selling cases! Now there s a good chance I will have to explain to a family member why their case is not here on Christmas and its over 12 days late! They better pick it up and I better get mine by early next week! This is getting old.

Fo those that got shipping confirmation with orders on Nov. 22nd (shipping start of Dec. 3rd), what color case did you guys order?

I ordered a black case and it might be the reason it hasn't shipped :(
 
I ordered black but i got a 13th ship date! lol I already received my lucky lab wraps on Saturday and I received my Body Guardz Pure today,

Now all i need is my Sector :rolleyes:
 
Well they are still taking orders for orders shipping the 13th so I am guessing they are planning to be all caught up and have full stock by then hopefully lol
 
Element shipping is a joke. They have no clue how to run a business. You guys want a premium price for your case and can't even get shipping correct.

This is a small company. The case manufacture is very complicated. It's not just a moulded piece of plastic, or two pieces of moulded plastic put together. It's very early in the life of this phone and these cases. It's hard to keep up with the demand for these popular cases. I think Element is doing the best they can and are doing a reasonable job. They are giving fair warning about shipping date and even make you acknowledge that you are aware of the date. They are also clear that the date represents a group will be shipped starting on that date.

I'm not sure, but they may give preference to people who pay for overnight shipping.

There may be an occasional slip up in the order, but since it's computerized I doubt it. What would be the motive to jumble the order.

I think people should be more patient and give them a break.

Finally order shipped. I should have black ops sector 5 tomorrow. I chose overnight. Will have pics tomorrow hopefully
