Secure Notes?

Anyone know how? I can't see any option to secure the notes on an iPhone 6 with iOS 9.3, am I missing something?

Hit the Share button and the option Password Protect Note is there.

That's no more a "share" button. It's an "action" button since iOS 9.
So it's not so difficult to find it.

BTW we are speaking about a beta iOS version.
