Prior to entering any credit card info I noticed my browser did not have a padlock like most secure sites do. In addition the address via the weather network online ad used to post the ad was http not https. My concern is the page or site is not secure for my credit card info. Here is an image of the link and page i was on for the final info needed to submit. Opinions welcome, I have saved the ad and did not process yet. The image is the final page where credit card info is entered, normally their is a padlock in the upper right corner of my browser. This was an ad I plan on running on the Weather Network site.

I wouldn't if that is the case. I never put in my sensitive info is there isn't a SSL connection (the pad lock you want to see)! So don't do it because it could be a scammer site trying identity theft.
