Maybe KeyChain could hold multiple numerical PIN numbers.

Thanks such a simple request from myself today.
I'll review 1password as Apple Store is full of Password Apps.
Meanwhile I've collected a few PIN's from various i'cloud notes and added to a simple iCloud note.

I'de rather avoid paid service with such existing storage options available,
