Securely Deleting All User Data

I'm giving my old PB to someone, and I want to avoid having to reformat the whole thing and then reinstall software and updates on it before I ship it. However, I want to do a secure erase of all my user data before I send it. I'd like to run a 7 pass filter over it so it's nice and clean, but I'm open to alternatives as long as it's relatively secure.

it would be much better for both you and the person receiving the pb to just format and install. the system would be much faster and wouldn't have any of the "crap" you put on it. a fresh install is much easier to work with as far as users go.

by crap i mean stuff the other person doesn't want or need
