OK, so until now I've never had a problem downloading apps without having to enter in all of the security info questions and answers that I created back in 2006...It's asking me to put in the questions and the answers or else I can't download any new apps.

I no longer have the email account that my iTunes account is connected to. If I create a new Apple ID for my iPhone so I can download apps, will the apps on my phone be deleted?

Please help me! I'd love to download new apps but can't do so until I get this figured out! Thanks.

Do this:
  1. Go to iforgot.apple.com.
  2. Click Forgot your Apple ID.
  3. Enter your Name and your current email address.
  4. Enter your previous email addresses that were registered with your Apple account.
  5. Follow the prompts.
This process should allow you to recover your account and access it with your current email address.

Good luck!

Thank you for your help, but that didn't help. I still have my email address and am able to update my apps, I just can't download new apps because I don't know the security questions that I'm prompted to ask myself and answer...

I know my password and username, just not my security questions and answers.
