Security issue with Cloudflare DNS

With my Mac running 10.13.6 and set to use DNS server 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1 I have noticed an error in the log which should not occur.

"Stealth Mode connection attempt to UDP 192.168.100.119:62992 from 1.1.1.1:53"

Also another error is making me wonder why it is occurring is another source attempting to use 1.1.1.1 to access my network?

There is no security issue.

MacOS X: log is full of "stealth mode connection attempt"s from LAN router

May I suggest using Cloudflare's DNS over HTTPS, simple installation method https://github.com/b0gdanw/cloudflared-macos
