Security Issues in Address book on iPhone

Just wondering if there are any security issues in iOS in regards to the address book and safari. The recent concerns over auto-fill in safari 5 on the Mac have me concerned that similar hacks could be done on iOS. Is it safe to keep sensitive information i.e. SS#, Medical Record #, etc. Of family members in the iPhone address book? Thanks ahead of time.
