Other "security" reasons to upgrade iPhone?

I'm still on an XS Max and looking for a good "reason" to upgrade. In terms of day-to-day usage don't find one but what about SECURITY?

In the span from XS Max to iPhone 14 Pro Max, are there meaningful hardware-based enhancements to security?

Your XS Max is 100% safe if you keep it updated and don't do stupid stuff like randomly click spam links
