Security Update

as noted above, Apple have released a v1.1 of 2006-002 for Tiger without any indication of what was altered:

I think some machines were having installation issues with the first release which is why most people aren't seeing the second version (it installed fine for most users). There's no change in terms of how it fixes your computer though. :)
 
The revised update only affects people who have moved Safari away from its default location in /Applications. For those people the earlier update was creating a dummy, non-working version of Safari.

If you have left Safari where it belongs, you can ignore 1.1.
