Security Update 2008-005 Released

I'm running 10.4.11 on my Powerbook and my Mail app keeps completely shutting down while attempting to download mail. I have tried restarting a second time...I haven't noticed any other apps quitting.

I should say this only started happening after I installed the 2008-05 update. Thanks.

Hmm, if it is crashing, then you may want to see if it is something to do with a corrupt settings file etc. Create a new account, and repeat the operation to see if it occurs again. Given you are the only one so far to complain, it sounds like a issue related to your setup.

Btw, just because something occurs after you do something, doesn't mean that the two are related.

I didn't ignore it, I just didn't see it... I'm not that fussed, I just didn't know if it had been mentioned, and as soon as I saw it on TUAW I thought I'd share it... I check my ISPs DNS servers, and they're fine anyway...

I'm hardly running around like a headless chicken...
