At least they didn't leave us high and dry, as I half suspected they might. I'm hoping they haven't broken anything else, but at least much of the web is stable again.

Today's update has solved the Google Earth Pro no launch problem for me. Mini 2012.

I am trying to apply an update to this macOS Catalina Security Update 2021-008 10.15.7 but it says that I must restart to install but it just restarts and no update has been done. This is a fresh instal from a bootable installer that I made quite a while ago but I have never had trouble doing all the required updates before on a multitude of machines (it's currently on 10.15.7) Any ideas please? Thanks

If it is troublesome dont update or u wreck your computer. Your mac will be fine without that update

Wreck your computer? No T2 in this one but thanks for the bad advice. I persisted and got the update installed regardless of your questionable advice. Happy New year anyway 🙂

Never received confirmation on 008 Sec. Update on MAMP 5.7 but now 2022-001 Sec Update out and wondering if the Google Earth Pro launch folk are still fine?
