SecuritySpy, Port Forwarding and Static IP address can't get it to work...

Hello,

I purchased SecuritySpy software to go with my Axis 207w Camera. I followied their instructions carefully and set up Port Forwarding and opened up a port (8000) on my router.

Still my camera isn't working and I'm so lost, yes, I've searched port forwarding and how to obtain a static ip address but I must be entering incorrect info.

Has anyone here had success setting up SecruritySpy?

Sorry can't help but I just emailed them asking if I could use there software with my built in isight camera? I just want to be able to log onto the web and check on the pets from time to time.
